There is plans for a european army. Feb 20 of this year the European parliment voted yes to create synchnorized armed forces europe (SAFE). That's the first step towards a true European military. If the Lisbon treaty is passed, the armies of the EU will be untited, with it's own training standards and operational doctrine. About the European super state, that's what the lisbon treaty does, it UNIFY'S all of the EU. Complete open borders, and a president of Europe.

EU corpus juris is frightening, for sure. I'm not a criminal but I am on-line prostestor and have gone to various REAL protests (not for a few years though)... This GUILTY & INCARCERATION before PROVEN INNOCENT surely is TOTALITARIAN. EU NAPOLEONIC Law - ILLEGAL unless SPECIFIED OTHERWISE! also fits the TOTALITARIAN BILL!!
