Reni Lane had a nice feel to it. I liked it. Also, good luck with the job! :)

Congratulations on the new job!

Really really want this... the APIs can't come quickly enough!

When will this come out??

I've been following the development of this on precentral and I'm VERY anxious to get this. One question: is there a way to boost the output volume with this app? I notice that the standard music player on the Pre plays rather quietly even on max volume.

You had me at "snappy" :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone. These videos are about six months old, so the app has progressed a lot since then. Lots of new features have been added and the UI has been refined quite a bit.
I'm still waiting for Palm to let me release it. They've told me it will be this fall sometime. It's a shame that they are still making me wait over one silly little API that works just fine. They just won't let 3rd party devs use it.

I'd love to see this running on a 1ghz kernel.

@skindoobie The Pre used in the demo is not overclocked. However, several of the beta testers are running overclocked and they report that it's even faster.

does this have an eq? you have my money if it does, otherwise it's nice but i can't use a music device without the ability to tailor the sound.

Currently it does not. The javascript SDK does not allow for it. Now with the C++ PDK, it may be possible. That will probably not make it into the original release version.
