any good for EJ Style?

Oh god i want a stratocaster. Sounds much nicer than my Gibson Les Paul, as i don't play or hear much heavy music at the moment and i don't think that a Les Paul is suited for soft and mellow jazz and blues.

Should be able to buy one around christmas or so :)

I bought a Highway one for 690 euros. Than put SD pickups, wilkinson VSVG tremolo, sperzel locking tuners and new nut...I can tell you my Highway one is one of the best guitars you can get, better than a American Standard for sure!!

before the price drop the highway one sss stratocaster list for $1,130 and retail for $900/$930 they still list for $1,130 but there has been a price drop on the retail.
the highway one sss strat is tone and sustain superior over the new american standard strats and most other strats to.
the 2007 highway one sss stratocaster is one of the most sought after strats today. my advice go with the highway one sss strat you wont regret it you will regret it with the new american standard strat.

I want to buy a Stratocaster, but I don't know what Stratocaster. I'm really interested in an American Standard, but the Highway One is also very interesting. How is the quality? Are there differences between American Standard and Highway One?? Thanks

I've heard bad things about the frets on the neck, unsmooth to play and not very fast or comfortable playing, and they do cut more corners than just the finish to get the low price.

I have the Highway 1 and the 2008 New American Standard Strat. the Highway one has nothing over the New Am. Standard.
