From episode 49 of "The Letter People" - The WH and SH Sounds

Mr. H gets to make two more new non-squoosh sounds! This time, he's passing by Mr. W, who's working on a magic act. Mr. W is able to blow a whistle dangling around Mr. H's neck without using his hands, so they agree to make a sound together. One small problem: Mr. S's Sock Cave is nearby and they're waking him up, so he suggests making a nice, quiet sound with Mr. H. "SHHHH!!!!"

Mr. H is the best by far! He is so cool and relaxed and works well with all the letter people without sacrificing his principles.
