Cool pics! I love Storm Chasers. The instruments on the TIV in these pics actually belong to one of the probes that are put in the path of tornadoes. During the 2008 chase season, TIV2 was in the shop during the last 1/2 of the season for repairs so the team used TIV1 for the rest of the season. The instruments were removed so a probe was welded to the top.
