  • okay so im a knitter not a crocheter , when i crochet its mediocre . If i wanted to make the ruffle larger , you said to just chain more ? would that be the only difference ?

  • Yes, just add more chains, I wouldn't do more than maybe 5-7 and you might need to space them closer together depending on how it looks. This will make a wider ruffle. Hope that helps!

  • You are most welcome...good luck on the hat!

  • hi,

what kind of stitches does your baby blanket have? they look beautifull! do you have a video on it?

  • Thanks this was very helpful - I am making a crochet skirt for my daughter's stuffed cat, as per her specifications. I'm just making it up as i go along (I am a dressmaker so at least i was able to do proper measurements on kitty ;-), but i needed to make it 'RUFFLEY". As you stated, this will work well for many applications.... be it washcloths or cat skirts HAHA!! This video was just what i needed, thank you so much! Very well done.

  • Thanks so much for making this video, I loom knit, it's nice to have some other ways to finish a project, I'll try this on a hat. :)
