i got into attractions for disneyland in california. just got accepted today! do you know anything about the resort in california? what classes did you choose to take-what ones would you reccomend? Are you taking college courses online too?

hey i am wanting to come do the internship program and i am filling out apps now....i just didnt know if it is something i would really enjoy but i came to look at videos on youtube and see what other people say and it seems like you are having fun, so i am going to go for it and hopefully i get in

Wow! Getting the monorail is pretty sweet! Don't you have to take a test or something like that? I remember someone saying that on my first program...I'll be going down this summer from MAy - August for the Summer Alumni so if you're extending I'll see ya probably soon haha I'm really excited!

In order to go from a platform only monorail work to a pilot, you need to complete 5 8-hour days of training and pass what they call a checkout and basically its about a 3-4 hour test including taking laps on all three beams and completing several procedures they expect us to know. After that you get to drive on your own.

The interview process isn't any different then any of the other roles really...To be quite honest, when I applied I didn't even try to get into transportation (wanted attractions) but I got in. I'm actually really glad I did though. If you're trying to get into transportation, show a lot of enthusiasm for it. From what I heard only about 15-20 people get into Monorails a semester so you gotta set yourself above all the other people applying for it. Good luck!
