@jorgetellezperez Have you never walked into a door, or tripped while walking on a sidewalk, and had friends laugh at you? I know I have, in fact I was once choked until I lost consciousness and the last thing I remember seeing is the choking dickhead's friends laughing at me, at that point in time I was panicking and flailing my limbs WAY too much to care what they were doing.

I like the way that in the USA, they take a more common sense approach to this type of collision. Despite it being a nasty event, the simple fact is that it was the pedestrians fault.
