@ThreeShotBurst its sweet man, im a bowhunter mainly but for a rifle its more than enough for the job. shoots well, i love the accu-trigger and the composite stock. im too rough on wood and i dont like worrying about dinging one up. great buy for the price and the marlin name goes way back and they have always made great firearms. they did a fine job with this bolt action. if anyone is worried about getting one id say go for it. if you dont like it, they dont last long on gunbroker

just bought one. brand new with a simmons scope for 345.00. havnt shot it yet, i was wanting the walnut stock but hell for 100 bucks cheaper with a scope i couldnt say no. for a brush beater and one to throw in the truck or 4wheeler you cant beat composite. thanks for sharing
