Capcom's 1940 series is a series of vertical shooting period pieces set in the second world wa.. Hold on. This game isn't made by Capcom and it isn't a part of that series. What alien substance have I discovered? Hey, maybe I'll end up fighting Robo-Hitler like in Wolfenstein 3D.

The original Strikers 1945 is actually ridiculously good, better than the 1940 series by Capcom. This is the crappy PSP version you're playing

@Ticalmc2k2 PSP was the easiest thing for me to capture at the time I did it. Despite the video I do like the game to an extent and have played a number of ports. I wouldn't mind to have a cabinet or a Neo Geo cartridge of it.

I just wanted to say that the game footage in this case was captured from the PSP port of the Strikers 1 and 2 compilation that I think was originally made for the Neo Geo and PS2. So it was already in awkward widescreen before I even got to it. But that doesn't really excuse other videos that I've needlessly stretched into 16:9. Guess I thought that was a professional touch at the time. It's something I try to avoid doing now.
