Yes you could. As long as you can play out through RCA connectors the DVD recorder will pick up the signal.

i hv 2 qtns for u..1>can we record directly from dv cassette without playing the camcorder(coz i havae heeeps of cassettes to be copied to Dvd),,,,2>can we record thru this equipment attached to camcorder without cassette..thanx
