I have found that the same thing that works for the calf muscle spasm works for my foot and toes. I lift my ankle (with the help of the hubby or son) or if I am alone I always have a towel that I can place under the foot to be able to pull it towards my knee and stretch the muscle for as long as it takes to releive the spasms. If this seems not to work I pull myself off the bed and with a walker try to place my foot flat and lean towards a wall. I pray this helps. Let us know
