( 2 rule over vast teritories ) was by the order of god , not assyrians , go read all the assyrian kings' ( OPEN STATEMENTS ) = up on the command of my god ( states god's name ) i king ( staes their name ) have been sellected and empowerd .......... e.t.c , it was never an empire :)

@EphraimManasseh assyria was never an empire , the only king took over after the death of his fathere ? was king ashurhaddan ( assirhaddun ) after sinharib , due to his assassination in the temple of ashur while praying to god . the assyrian kings were all anointed by angels delivering their names and mother names to the anals of the kingdom , there is no blood line rule in our history as : son successing after his father and so on, they also had ( wazirs , kash , khakum) 2 rule

@ChillaKilla94 The US & Europeans have made blunders in the Middle-East & helped displaced dictators like Saddam, Mubarak & Gadaffi. Those guys mostly suppressed Islamic extremism. Now I fear the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda, Salafists and groups bent on violently creating a world-dominating Islamic Caliphate will gain traction with their political and military goals. Islam is a political and military movement. The Quran is a war manual for Islamic Jihadists. Terrorism & violence will increase.

i am iraqi and muslim and i have good assyrian friends since when i was little boy and i love my friend assyrian like he is my own brother, Iraq is in bad condition because america and british dogs but one day may god/allah make our country like european countries
