@duvexy run away, you are bothering me
-
@OzTerri Yeah why aren't they? Why is it that humans are judged harsher on as oppossed to animals?
-
@duvexy wow .. that's a really difficult question ... human beings aren't lions ... human beings aren't crows ... why aren't apples the color ORANGE like oranges are ... curioser and curioser

@matterik i have several questions. when you say that Koestler's book (and Russell's) were "scientific" - did you mean they used scientific methods and arguments, or that you had an IMPRESSION of them being "scientific"? When you used the words "commonsense ... or in a sense, commensense" ... you were using "commonsense" which is in its own right subjective, and NOT scientific. do you think you are hitting on something new and unique in Koestler's comments on Hitler's influence?

I am reading another book who actually knew him koestler. I have never read any of his books, but the fact that humans are insane is not true. Why is it that it is acceptable for a lion to eat dear or crows to their own and that is ok and acceptable, yet the human race can"t?

Giving these drugs to our children is an abomination. A despicable violation.
On the matter of psychiatric drugs I have much experience. I wonder if being, as a species, mentally ill creates a necessity for potent treatment.
I've seen good friends be destroyed by these medications, antipsychotics in particular, and I see that my capacity to understand and function alongside antipsychotics(etc) is terribly rare.
