2010 is out right now at moddb, but it feels more like a beta than a final edition. You have to remove No More Fences v. 1.0 or else the game is pretty much unplayable.

yeah getting all those different mods and addons working together must be a nightmare. Well so far apart from the OggComment thing and an odd blue screen error that i needed to re-load an old save and play for a little bit to fix on my modern save, 2009 is amazingly solid.
