@Takerrjb Hulk has permission from Marvel to be called Hulk. WWF had Permission to use the Name Hulk, WCW needed to get the permission to use the name Hulk, and TNA has the permission to use the name Hulk. I'm sure hogan would have given his consent, but the fact is, they used a Hulk character and called him Hulk. Hulk Boulder. Hulk actually wrestled as Terry Boulder at one point.
They used his trademarked persona without his permission. Can't do it. it's Post's fault for being sloppy.
