no imagination simple boring buildings, for that kind of money they could build hotel on the moon

Soon they will be able to re-name Las Vegas to New York City 2, that is thier goal right?

guauuuuuuuuuu nice looks

@ninjakram The mall is "high end". Note: That mall is meant for rich people who can afford everything in there. Have you been to the Gallaria in LV? Rich people consider that mall ghetto!

The crystals "mall" is more like a giant, white, cold museum. Majority of the people were most interested in touching the ice sculptures or gawking at the one or two people that were in a store actually buying something because there's a certain curiosity about what type of person is disgustingly rich enough to actually be shopping there.
I love Las Vegas and am happy for the people who got jobs at City Center, I just don't see how all this can last.

Cont... Went there on a Sat. last month. The casino is so far from the strip they can forget about any walk in foot traffic. The casino was row after row of unused slot machines, empty gaming tables, countless empty bars/lounges, empty tables, empty poker room, and high end restaurants where their breakfast cafe for ex. sold 15 dollar bowls of cereal. The sad part is there were a lot of people, but they were all walking on the pathways and not gambling, not eating, and certainly not shopping.
Am due to head out in march 2010, wonder if any of this will be finished by then?
If not it's has been 5 1/2 years since I have been in vegas, and have not seen Wynn/Pellagio or Trump yet. Roll on 2010.

Hello DJ,
Casino and I believe the Aria Hotel will open in December this year. Problem may be that the casino is set back 300 yards from Las Vegas Boulevard.

Ummmm, what happens when they run out of water?

Hello TR,
Water is one thing to think about, perhaps the most important factor short term for LV is what's going to happen to Strip room rates when all the CC's stock becomes available..
The ROI for this property looks as though it will be negligible at best.
