@megoofychick There's something very wrong with the world when we have a pope. Catholicism altogether is the problem. Who gives a fuck if its Ratzinger or some other douchebag, I'm sure both of them have touched kids. We human beings have to stop doing this ritual praying as if we were prehistoric savages and grow the fuck up.

You cannot understand the Pope away from Christ teaching.... so when you think about child abuse... think about how Jesus treated Judas....

It's not ABUSE! IT'S RAPE!!! Abuse is what I got when I was beaten too often by my drunk father, but he NEVER RAPED ME! That's something quite different! Ratzinger should be in jail!

Strange that the election of the cardinal who was responsible for catholic dogma for at least the past 25 years under john paul II would change your mind about the catholic church. His major problem is probably that he is a German pope. Clerical abuse did not start with the new pope. That's not an issue of catholic dogma. I say this as an atheist.

Thank you for so beautifully made documentary.
I love truth. I love it to be revealed and spoken out of the roofs.
So many pro-catholic videos have disabled commentaries. Probably they are just being ostriches in the sand of their own "truth".

@papasitoman i think that is the problem, people SHOULD have a life, sex, and a family! its human nature. But when they cover things up and keep these men in the church then they should be held responsable. u might aswell have said u cant teach an old dog new tricks. well the dog better learn some new tricks SOON or the church will fall, and i think it should have a LONG LONG time ago. the do more damage then good anyway...
There's something very wrong with the world when a man known to have sheltered and enabled child molesters is revered as a great person. On a sane planet, this rotten excuse for a human being would be in prison, praying he doesn't drop the soap in the communal shower.

IMO The pope and the cardinals are handling the situation just and they should be: as die-hard catholics. They pray and forgive and stick together. We should expect nothing else from them. It is wrong but in a very real sense it is what they have been taught and what they know. How can they come up with other answers or ideas if they have spent decades doing the same thing? Someone who never marries, no sex and no family has no place to give moral orders to anyone else who has those real issues.
