Saddam's Presidential Palace (Part 1)

This is a little tour of our day at Saddam's Presidential Palace in Baghdad, in the center of the "green zone." We were a bunch of dirty, nasty grunts coming right out of the desert, to escort a big time officer. Needless to say, we were very jealous of their accommodations.

@MohsinAlley You should be ashamed of your spelling. Also, remember in Band of Brothers when Easy Company got to Hitler's Bird's Nest? They enjoyed the amenities left over by the conquered. Spoils of war will exist as long as war does, but I and the rest of these guys only enjoyed this for ONE day. The other soldiers you see in the video were stationed here permantently (and still complained about the living conditions - unbelievable).

holy guacamole!!! :) that palace is beautiful and the swimming pool omg! wish i had one like that. Look what all that money oil did for him, while his country was starving to death. Btw, do you think that palace is gonna be inherited to some one for the family from saddam or maybe is gonna be put into auction to pay for war cost etc lol.
