I just had the prk surgery 6 days ago. The contact bandage was removed yesterday and feel like sand paper. did you have this after the contact bandage was removed? if so, how long did that last?

@R7300 hey! Yeah my eyes didn't stabilize for a few months. I'm not sure if every few blinks was really my experience, but it definitely did change throughout the day. They do stabilize after awhile, though, so I wouldn't be too worried.

Did you have to ice your eyes after the surgery? I read somewhere that the guy's doctor recommend he use an ice pack to prevent swelling.

@singsai Nope, actually I chose to ice it on my own, because the third night was so horrible! I didn't know that's a recommended practice... it's good advice.

@mrociotn Hi! I have a few other videos that go day-by-day after the operation. Basically though, there are one or two bad days and about four uncomfortable days altogether. Don't be scared. Best of luck!
