The comment about character voices interested me. I have a lot of professional singing experience, and I've always experimented a lot to try to match different pop/rock singers' voices. I've found it hard to "stay" in a particular vocal configuration, perhaps because I have invested (too much) time in learning to control every voice-influencing muscle that I could! I think next time I find a good, comfortable, natural voice, I'll spend ten minutes or so doing some vocal practice in it.Thanks!
