Ich geb dir nen guten Tip. Das ist deine Chance einen guten Grund zu haben Englisch zu lernen. Im Ernst. Versuchs einfach und du wirst merken dass es wie mit Bodybuilding ist. Regelmäßiges Training, auch mit ein paar kurzen Videos wird dir viel helfen. Ich schau mir fast NUR englische Videos an, alleine schon weil ich dadurch nur lernen kann. Versuchs und in einer weile wirst du schon Verbesserungen bemerken.

You said you are the most dehydrated in the morning when you wake up so is it bad to work out during the morning hours? I'm just curious cuz i normally wake up eat breakfast then make my way to the gym around an hour or so later. Btw i love your vids and would be awesome to hear your feed back on this. Thanks
