  • Pre cut that stuff cause it is too much noise.. I can't hear you very well. We need more camera angels... Can you dance?

  • It's great that you're providing warming recipes for these cold months which are even colder in Canada ! I guess one would need to know that heir Miso is made from non - GMO soy beans. For your soup, according to Ayurveda, garlic dulls the mind if you are trying to live a pure yogic lifestyle. I replace garlic with HING ( asafoetida ) which needs to be roasted a bit before.
