@maco10810 Yeah, V1, V2, basics...

He cut the power! If you you are going to fly -- you go full power, and CLIMB OUT in the pattern. He ground-hopped and then ground looped. He should at least take some lessons before he attempts to fly an untested airplane.
-
Take-off too slow, nearly stalled throughout. Maybe underpowered.

Thats really awesome thanks for the information

yes.
"ultralight" being the key "U.S." word (actually - legal definition).
google "ultralight faa part 103" and you'll find the legal U.S. definition of an ultralight.
that is the policy we are required to conform to.
-
So you can build your own ultralight in the USA and fly with it without a license?
-
that's what happens when you make the landing gear out of old broomsticks.
-
@meeksdigital HAHAHAHA! "Damage!"
-
@universalmoor agreed, she sounds like an upset old jewish woman lol

I wont say this again:
Quit you're still alive.
You don't do that if you love flying.

All good test pilots stay on the ground until their speed exceeds the stall speed by 50% then they lift off - surf the ground as low as possible basically parallel with the runway until their speed exceeds the stall by 200-300% then they quickly boost up to parachute altitude so they can bail out if there is a problem. Bad luck on the testing I hope this helps you in the future, please have a look at my channel on safe aircraft design with frontal crash protection and great stall characteristics
