Petition - Calls Special Meeting 2 Oust Okla. Water Bd Directors

Petition circulated to oust board of directors - Jim Wilson, Randy Foster, Kevin Morris, Janet Frederick & Wayne Waldrop from Hughes County Rural Water District #2. Its said they need to resign or be ousted by majority vote of water meter owners at special meeting. Everybody who owns a water meter needs to be at that special meeting.

The plan: Petition to be presented at regular Water board meeting on August 15, 2011, petitioning for the special meeting. When special meeting is scheduled, folks are to show up to vote out & replace the entire board.

Portion of RWD2 BYLAWS was read as follows: "Any director of the district may be removed from office for cause by vote of not less than 3/4 of the participating members of that district at any annual or special meeting called for that purpose".

Everybody on RWD2 water who owns a meter needs to be at that special meeting to vote these people out. PERIOD !!

Furthermore, folks need to be at the regular board meeting on August 15, 2011.
