Some dude from Sam Barlow high school runs a 43. Crazy fast. I'm a Freshmen though i run a 54.2 dropping a second every week though.

@SeaShepherdVideo nobody runs a 43 in high school son, nobody.... that would be the fastest 400m in the world.. he could be running a 48ish but a 43 is out of this world

Im only 14 but i run it in a minute flat is that pretty good , also its my first year ever in track im hoping to get around 57 seconds by the end of this year.
