Eleven-year-old Solomon is only in the third grade. He is tormented every day because of his cleft lip. Solomon's father borrowed the equivalent of six months salary to afford the two-day trip to Operation Smile's medical mission site in Ethiopia. It was worth it -- Solomon now has a new smile and chance in life.
