hey man, i like your riding...im wanting to get started in this sport and all..i have a nice bike and i ride ok but i would like to go to a few tracks like conroe and i know a few other places, i havent ever rode on a real track, are there any rules or dress codes to be able to ride there??

im 14 and had three knee surgery's
it really helps to go to walmart and just buy yourself a cheap &10 dollar knew brace and before you put it on just ace wrap it first
it helps a whole lot and it certainly takes the strain off you knee and letting work less to support your body in landings

yeah i know i was being a bit timid but this was my first time at this track and fresh off of knee surgery.....guess i should have been even more timid cos if u watch til the end yeah, blew out my knee again
