Adnan Sami Khan (born 15 August 1973), orginally from Pakistan, educated in the UK before becoming a film star and a top singer and film star in the 1980s. His second album "Tere Chehra" was released in October 2002, and became the biggest selling album of (including film soundtracks) in Indian music charts for 53 weeks.

His other albums include: Ecstasy 1991; Behta Darya 1992; Sargam 1995; Badaltay Mausam 1997 (re-released in India as Kabhi To Nazar Milao in 2000); Kisi Din 2006; Tum Jo Milay 2008. In June 2006, Adnan Sami Khan weighed 206kg.

Diet, exercise and will-power made him lose over 100kg in less than one year to March 2007. He was once married to Pakistan beauty queen and Bollywood star Zeba Bakhtiyar. He merges Asian and Western styles and instrumentation and ranges from classical to jazz to modern pop-rock. Adnan Sami Khan has been playing the piano since he was five year old, and according to Keyboard Magazine he is the fastest man on keyboard, the Keyboard Discovery of The 1990s. He is said to be the fastest man on keyboard in the world. In 2001, he was awarded the Breakthrough Artist of the Year by MTV. Sami was featured in a documentary, commissioned by the British Foreign and Common Wealth Office, about ten people from the Indian subcontinent, who have influenced the Asian culture in the UK over the last fifty years.

According to the Limca Book of Records, Adnan Sami Khan became the only Asian artist to have sold out, Wembley Stadium in London, for two consecutive nights in summer 2003.
