The Caves was a controversial dark wave group from Schleswig, a little town in north Germany. After two full-length albums in 1994 and 1995 the band split up. Why controversial? listen to their debut album "Drifting in visions", released in 1994, the sounds and specially the voice are almost identical to the Cure's "Faith" and "Desintegration" era. Many people thought that The Caves was a side project of Robert Smith.
