Obviously, the "Juche" has not been work! He should be shamed instead of proud. Another thing, even though the north gotten help from other country, the biggest aid have been came from the south. The North Korea government runs the country like worse than gangsters. The sunshine policy failed because the aid from the south have never reached to the needy but all went to building nuclear weapons. The south got tired of the game of Kim Jong-Ill. Many agree with Mr. President Lee's new approch.
