@piano1man1sormany ALchemy! :P

@piano1man1sormany do some research on water & how certain vibrations effect its stucture..my point is that you think you know what you're talking about by breaking things into percentages, the truth is anything excessive int he body, including water can be toxic so sweating can relieve your body in the way of releasing excess H2O, just I think small amounts of toxins comes out with the "salt" you mention..salt is a vague term for a metal & non-metal union, i'm getting to something that is big..

I think we can all agree these facts:
1) Sauna makes you sweat
2) Sweat helps release body heat, for cooling, and also ions.
Now to discuss the matter of "toxins". The word toxin is described to biological poison, and salt and other minerals are not poison, in fact, the body NEEDS this minerals in moderate amounts. Don't forget not to be bias in these types of matters. Sauna makes you sweat, and thus lose a lot of water weight.. and thats IT. You might lose some ions and metals. but NOT TOXINS

@AntiVaccine2 You cannot sweat out toxins. Sweat is composed of 99 percent water and a tiny percent of salt, urea, proteins and carbohydrates. Salt, proteins and carbohydrates are natural. Urea is a by-product of protein metabolism and is non-toxic. It’s regulated to keep your blood at a healthy pH. Most excess urea is eliminated in urine and a small amount is in sweat. Just Google ''can you sweat out toxins'' its a fact you can't... YOU do some research.

@piano1man1sormany you're WRONG, 1st of all you used a double negative that negates you making any point & toxins are sweated out the body, you ever tasted your salt in your sweat? well often heaven metals like aluminum spraye din chemtrails today we breathe can excrete from the skin pores via sweat as water is a carrier of things/energy, this is elementary stuff man & breathing expels toxins too, do some research!

@AntiVaccine2 Toxins can only exit your body trough urine and feces. No toxin can't be perspired from the skin...

I came her cause I thought they were gonna show chicks using the sauna lol

I agree with u after a session at the gym I always end it with a 10 min stay in the sauna room. It relaxes me n I just love it I can't end a workout any other way.
Keep the conversation I'm learning a lot.from you guys. Peace
