  • @BUZZME2011 Well, doctors and educators are always careful when giving advice..when they say its good people tend to have it in huge quantities and then blame the doctor or DE....I think it was a great educational video on the whole...

  • You have got to be kidding me. lol your questions are great, she stil lwont directly answer the question , she must be part politician haha. here they go with the fricken guide lines from the FDA crap haha.. Try red wine no more then 4 oz per day to help control blood sugar and it has a huge amounts of benifit for the body.. It wont hurt you as long as your NOT taking any other pills...
