I saw him AND DRH do this whilst they were BOTH playing it on the floor during the 2004 tour "Midnight Blues Benefit" (after concert goodies nobody but the coolest of the cool ;) knew about) at Smith's Olde Bar in Atlanta, GA :) I was about maybe ten feet from him. It was so awesome my face hurt from smiling so much the next day!!!!!!!
