can anyone help me. i have been diagnosed with gilberts syndrome. I also suffer from jaundis and recently my stress levels have been extremely high. This has given me yellow skin around my eyes and a really thumping head ache that makes me just want to sleep.

I have been trying milk thistle tablets and to eat as much healthy foods as i can but my job is ruining my life with also panic attacks and i have had major absence through stress. Please help
