@PaulFroelich It's a semi tone modulation so just move all your chords up one half step, so your G becomes G#, your D is D#, Bm is Cm.. that type of deal

@phunkdified12 I like what you said "Also, don't get discouraged to when it seems all crazy, its really not bad once you get the basics." because this seemed completely impossible for me, a bassist who likes to play around on guitar but I knew (from experience learning to sweep) that pretty litterally anything is possible if you practice a lot. Even though play a quick guitar part may not be what glorifies God, it certainly doesn't hurt any. :)
