  • @akalakalking Both sides you need to crack when you adjust it if your neck is relaxed.

  • My neck is in so much pain right now that I swear I could throw up. I get these from time to time and they come on at night when I'm sleeping. After doing some research on the muscles involved, I think it's the rectus capitis posterior minor/major muscles. It's agonizing :(
