Round off full twist Fail

My first attempt on a round off full on hard floor, unfortunitly it didn't went so well. Luckily I didn't get injured, but next time I'll make sure to start the flip rotation before twisting.

i got a tip, dont bail, thats all u need, it was solid until half way through, u can land that fluidly, just dont bail! :D

fiouuuu...you are lucky man...

It is not my health, but you should not try this again before to be sure it is an easy move..

It looks like you recently landed it on a plyo...So repeat it 100 times on plyo and then try it on hard floor...

And, an advice, there is not flipping movement enough in your fulltwist...you did the twist, but not the backflip layout...

Don't forget that fulltwist = backflip layout +twist..

S start twistting when you are upside down, not before !
