Quality Service. Like the way he knocked on your door before bringing the shopping to you. I can think of other companies who's drivers would let the shopping soak.

I think them guys are the best in the industry and deserve their weight in gold...

Text book delivery! Hmmm, where is their hi vis jacket?

For their own safety in that weather it should be warn, as they decided to get in and out of the van in the road instead of using the nearside passenger door.

Hope they take off their baseball cap whilst with the customer.

Oh, and I think they might need a driving assessment as it is an offence to drive on the pavement (like that).

Never mind the other 99% of drivers are great......

I work out of our Manchester Depot. I had worked in an office for most of my life and after having been out of work from Nov 2008 to last November I changed my career track completely. I have to say that I really enjoy it. But I will say that you have to like driving.

We cover from North Wales, Merseyside, The Wirral, Southport, North Lancashire, Yorkshire as far as Leeds, Derbyshire and Cheshire.

LIKES: Drops close together.

DISLIKES: SNOW......!!!!!

Ocado are very expensive!! I much prefer TESCO...aways on time,great quality food,polite drivers,not like the ocado drivers that keep moaning about how disgracefully they are treated.

Im from Weybridge.Average time for one drop is aobout 4 minutes- with 3-6 totes. Old type of van and some idiot behind the stering wheel- poor
