If George was aware of this lady's treatment by the G.M Place staff he would be furious. I sincerely hope he gets to find out,as knowing how genuine a person he is, he would do his level best to help the lady out with new tickets and front row seats.

People need to be more aware of the handicapped, and provide access. I have had this problem many times, though never in a concert that cost that much. At the very least, they should refund this woman's money and give her a free ticket to something else she wants to see. It won't make up for not getting to see George Michael, but they should learn from this experience. No one in a wheelchair should be treated like a little kid, or an obedient dog, as she and her family were treated.

OMG they should not be able to get away with that, something has to be done for the way that poor woman was treated! i had tears in me eyes for you, and i was so angry at the same time! too bad george was not informed! hot!

Oh and, it is not the staffs fault. Really, the rules and policy is made by the Baord of Directors I would put full blame on them.
