Why avoid Junk food, you live only live once? It's not like your eating food 24/7. As long as that is not the only food you eat. You would be fine. But with you all I bet you went to this video because you have no control over what you eat but at the same time are stubborn to eat real whole food. Do you even try to loose weight? We all know this video is not really going to help you. This is why you are obese. It is not the junk food that is causing it; it is your lack of control and exercise.
