i made my safe room on the third floor of my map i did da nav_edit 1 thing but it only shows the nav squares for the first floor and secound but not the third i need help, also should i mark the saferoom space finale or sumthin else

I've just started Map editing with Hammer... and like i want to practice just a room that i've made I get this error "Nav Error Map Is Unplayable" but i also get another error that says "got a velocity too low on z" do you know what i'm doing wrong... also the map is all black and very laggy and at the start all survivors scream in unison like they've just fell off a building...
