Chef Michael Fahey is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator, Approved Certification Examiner, Fellow of the American Academy of Chefs and American Culinary Federation member for over 20 years. He is Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Manager of the Cedar Creek Racquet Club in Cashiers, NC. In 2008, Chef Fahey published "Cooking American Style, Up on Cedar Mountain", a collection of Recipes and Poetry. He is the father of four.
