Also, the contestant changed a Queen (something I wouldn't have done myself), and got a Jack in exchange. He would have lost either way, seeing the result was a King.

The bell is the only SFX working in this segment, and no buzzer? That is not true. The TPIR losing horns (and the full version) is another SFX that works.
