I meant in general. I've been to small towns in my province, and have undoubtedly seen and felt the difference in pollution levels. But take for the principle of "cap and trade". It's just horseshit designed to make the masses feel better about an increasingly rotten ecosystem. Things like that mean Bugger All if everything's being run on fossil fuels. Who knows; maybe the balance is more delicate than we thought- Ma Nature is PISSED.
