Dennis Edwards was absolutely the best replacement for David Ruffin. He has that strong raspy, soulful voice like David's voice, but Dennis's voice is stronger and he has the old Baptist minster edge to it. Man do I miss this kind of music that I grew up on. Because the junk that they produce today is not even worth listening to. Thank God I still have my ol' school music to listen to!

I agree that he was the best lead vocalist of The Temptations. His voice is like an old baptist pastor, it takes you to church.
