actually MLB Dugout Heroes is american version of Slugger,

it is made by korean company 'Wisecat'.

Korea = Slugger (since 2007)

Japan = Perfect 9

Taiwan = 紅不讓 online

America = MLB Dugout Heroes

Japan and America use a new version of it. and Korea still use an old version, they did a open-beta service for new version, but it wasn't really popular.
