What a joke.....like others have said, "Dump the drugs...Eat fruits and vegetables and get some exercise" Listen here instead (search johnbcchiro Heart Function and Health) Look at parts 2 and 3 as well. By the way aspirin is toxic and increases cancer rates....sheesh

You have to laugh. These guys surprised that people actually walk - and carry heavy bags. Oh my God. And a few seconds of diet talk - but how much time spent talking drugs again?! Don't fall for it folks - diet and exercise and dump the drugs!
