    Definitely! It takes a little bit of practice... you definitely want the hair slightly damp (but not wet!) before you loop it into the headband

    i tried this and it really didn't come out as curly as yours, but i'm gonna try again tomorrow and maybe use some water on them too.. practice makes perfect, right? :)
