@Vosbraka Yes it has helped me. I would also suggest meditation to overcome depression, and to help with anxiety. It will also help you become successful.

The info is interesting but really who wants to watch a caveman torment a fish throughout this video

@DaKevinatorify hah clever play with words but this is not comparable to your chosen example

@DustinC8611 lol keep believing that. one easily believes what they want to believe. but u cannot influence others that easily to leave u an open spot. others thoughts have just as much counter force towards yours. what i'd call it is coincidence with bit of self fooling

@ViineGarV2 is this reinforcement you bring yourself something you've grown fond of? perhaps it brings positive reinforcement even though the subject sounds negative. or then you're simply trying to protect yourself from disappointment by thinking ahead it's gonna be shit, rather than making an emotional attachment to the subject in hand just to be let down by someone else later commenting it's no good. (if u think u lost already then there's no chance for further upset about the possible loss)

@Vosbraka well also if u constantly think how good looking or pretty you are that brings forth a better self-image. it works the other way too. if constantly critisizing your appearance you will start to look ugly in the mirror. maybe it's just me but i find similarity between these. it's a type of self brainwashing or mindcontrol to purposefully bring positive encouragement to your mind. even if that's a lie one will start to believe in it, which brings one new opportunities making it real

7:30 people use alarm clocks because they want to keep a lifestyle which includes lack of sleep. waking up too early. this internal mechanism to wake up almost same time in every morning is indeed possible, but not if the person always goes to sleep at very random times. lack of sleep results to the internal alarm clock going out of sync

@DaKevinatorify Its an illusion. The more you convice your mind, the more effective it becomes doing what you convinced it.
Pretty fucked up eh?

I once slept while learning for exams because the subject was boring.I had read the chapters once only. After i woke up,I knew all the content.
No joke, this really happened to me.
Has anyone else ever set there alarm clock to go off at a particular time because you know you're going to bed late? Let's say you set it for 7:00 a.m, have you ever woken up like 10 minutes earlier? This happens to me all the time. It's like I knew I wanted to be up that early so my brain was like, "wake up bro."
